1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing zieglerbox.space and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
zieglerbox.space provides premium web development services, including but not limited to:
- Static website creation and optimization.
- Progressive Web App (PWA) development.
- Website hosting and deployment via Netlify.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy.
3. Payments and billing
We use Stripe for secure payment processing.
- Payment terms will be outlined in your specific project proposal or invoice.
- Payments require a 25% deposit to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion.
- An annual maintenance fee of $25 CAD is due one year after the purchase date.
- All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees:
- You (the Client) will own the rights to the final website implementation and content provided by you.
- zieglerbox.space retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes.
- Underlying reusable code libraries or frameworks remain the property of their respective owners (e.g., Open Source licenses).
5. Limitation of Liability
zieglerbox.space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We make no guarantees regarding specific search engine rankings or business outcomes, although we employ best practices to achieve them.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Manitoba.
